I am 5’10, 165lbs and I purchased a medium and it was slightly oversized just how I wanted it. I wouldn’t have wanted it any tighter so I can wear shirts underneath comfortably.
I normally wear a medium but had to exchange it for a small which I had no issues with great customer service
