How to Complete Your Return:

  1. Check to see if your return is eligible by reviewing the requirements below.
  2. Click the link to fill out the Return Form .Once the form is completed, you will receive a prepaid FedEx label and more instructions on proceeding with your exchange. (Return shipping is not free. A charge of $9.50 is automatically deducted from your item or items' return amount.)
  3. Print out your prepaid label and return it with your items to the address listed on the left side of this page (address included on your prepaid FedEx label). Once items are received, we then process your exchange order. Please allow up to 15 days for us to receive and process your return.

Return Requirements:

  • Products must be unwashed and unworn.
  • Defective products are handled on a case-by-case basis. To determine if your product qualifies as defective, call 1(888) 980-2774 or email returns@southernmarsh.com
  • All returns must be made within 90  days of your original purchase.
  • Products must have been purchased from  www.southernmarsh.com , if the items were not they must be returned at the location they were purchased.
